I can't think of a better time to start a Rubber Stamping/Scrapbooking Business. It was almost 14 years ago when I started my business and I cannot believe the incredible opportunities it has given me!
I had just moved to a (small) new town the year before and I had a new baby. Believe it or not, I was kind of bored! I can't imagine it now. Well, decided to start My Stamp Lady as long as I didn't have to beg for sales. It has been almost 14 years and I have a wonderful thriving business. Things have changed so much in my life with Stampin' Up!, and there is so much room for you and its great opportunity.
You can start you business today for just $125 plus you could receive a package of designer paper or digital download each month.
Do you have any questions? Do you want help picking out your kit? Contact me today!
P.S. You will receive more paper or downloads the sooner you sign up.
Sometimes I have to remember how even a simple tag can make gifts special. It's a little hard to see in this picture, but there is a lot of glitter to make this tag sparkle.
It's a quick post today, I am going to enjoy some time with my kids today before a really busy week.
My February newsletter will be out this week. Don't forget to sign up today so you don't miss out on any exclusive information and samples from My Stamp Lady.
You can use the box below to start receiving my FREE newsletter!
I love this make and take from Stampin' Up!'s Leadership Conference. The box bottom pattern they gave us is so easy and makes the most darling gift box. It is perfect for giving that little gift or treat.
With Valentine's Day coming up there will be so many opportunities coming up to give this box. It may be a great idea to have several on hand for that last minute gift.
In fact in the video below I will be making a Valentine version of the box.
Box Bottom Dimensions:
Card Stock Size: 11 1/4" X 5 1/2"
Score at: 1", 4", 6 1/8", and 9 1/8"
Turn and Score at: 1 1/2"

Ok, I shouldn't have said the video would be here today before it was made. I am working on the Fancy Favor Box video right now and it will be up tomorrow.
In the meantime, I will share a swap card given to me by Michelle Lembcke. It is a great easel card. She is an amazing stamper and a wonderful Leadership partner.
Don't forget that Sale-A-Bration has started! You don't want to miss it!
Click Here to see the catalog.
Enjoy your weekend and I will be back tomorrow!!!

Have you ever completely looked past something in the catalog and would have never guessed you would like it? I did that with the Blossom Builders Designer Printed Kit.
The make and takes that Stampin' Up! designed for Leadership attendees all used the Blossom Builders kit. The projects were amazing and I have many left to create my own projects. This is a card I came up with using the Blossom Kit and the Mixed Bunch set. The bottom layer on the flower is from the kit.
Check out the Blossom Builders Designer kit in the Occasions mini-catalog. It's an incredible catalog so you may even want a hard copy. Contact me if you would like me to send you one!
You will want to come back tomorrow to see a video of one of the Make and Takes. If you have the Fancy Favor die, you will not want to miss it!

Stampin' Up! outdid themselves this time with the Leadership Make and Takes. I am actually doing mine at home because I spent my Make and Take time with others talking about stamping ideas.
All of the cards center around the Blossom Builders Designer Printed Kit. I have to say, I would not have expected the kit to look so nice.
I will be sharing more of my samples over the next few days and on Facebook.

The Fresh Vintage Suite from the Sale-A-Bration catalog is my favorite and it is Exclusive to the SAB catalog. Meaning, it will not be available after the SAB time is over. It includes the Fresh Vintage Stamp Set, Designer Series Paper, Brads and Ribbon.
For every $50 worth of product you purchase you will earn 1 FREE Sale-A-Bration product free. Please contact me with any questions.

Sale-A-Bration starts today. It is the most anticipated time of the Stampin' Up! year and this year is no exception. I have been able to work with the products a bit and I love them. Right now I am posting the catalog and will be back in a bit to post some samples.

I am recovering from the incredible time I had a Leadership in San Antonio! Going through my notes and pictures. This was one of the samples made from Bordering on Romance and I love it with the Cracked Glass technique.
I love the use of the brand new edgelits available in the Occasions Mini-Catalog. The paper is from a FREE Sale-A-Bration pack that will be available starting Tuesday, January 24th.
There were so many wonderful ideas and I can't wait to get back to planning and putting together my classes.
Have a wonderful Sunday.

I am really excited for my upcoming Valentine class. This is a little peek at the cool heart box that is part of the class. That I even designed myself. Sometimes even I surprise myself! I can't wait to share it with my class.
There are 3 spots left in this class. You can look at the complete class schedule by clicking Here.

Today's card is amazingly easy. Unfortunately Sympathy cards are probably one of the cards that when you need one, you need one! Usually you don't know ahead of time that you will need it. I try to have a few on hand because it seems like I am needing more of them lately.
This card made with Sweet Floral is so easy, yet looks beautiful and soft. I stamped the flower image with VersaMark ink on to a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I then daubed Baja Breeze and Certainly Celery Pastels over the VersaMark ink. That's it!
The sentiment is from a retired set, but the current Loving Thoughts stamp set would work for you. I stamped the sympathy in Soft Suede and the edges are rubbed with the Tea Stain ink from the Distressing Kit. I finished it off with a length of Baja Breeze seam binding.
Because this card is so easy I made a few today to have on hand.

Well, we are at Day 5 and my last official day of My Digital Studio Tips and Tricks! I will have to say though that making these pages and videos has me very motivated to scrap and I love My Digital Studio. It makes scrapbooking so quick!
You know what else I like? If there is an image, embellishment or paper I need, all I have to to do is go the the online store and purchase and immediately download it. I can have it installed within a few minuets and my creating process is not interrupted!
Today's video shows how to take punch shape and fill it with a photograph. It is fun to make your photo into any punch shape. You could even use letters. That would make a really cool title.

Welcome to Day 4 of My Digital Studio Tips and Tricks. Today I am showing you how to size your alphabet stamps and add a torn edge to your page. The torn edge adds dimension and a hand made look to your projects.
In today's page I used the Downtown Grundge (love what it can do for your photos), Celebrations Banner, Sweet Details and Extreme Elements downloads.
The year was done with a text font. My Digital Studio uses the fonts loaded on to your computer. The year font is one that I downloaded free from the internet and absolutely love it. I also added a drop shadow and layered to depth to the title.
I have been having so much fun with these scrapbook pages that I may make the My Digital Studio Tips and Tricks a regular feature on my web site.
